Better than Well

Better than Well works with adults affected by trauma in childhood.  Our service helps the people we support to recognise, understand and manage the symptoms of trauma and to identify personal outcomes which improve their overall health and wellbeing.

In addition, Better than Well:

  • Identifies additional sources of support and opportunities for the people it works with
  • Raises awareness of the effects of childhood trauma in adults
