Edinburgh Young Person's Service

Edinburgh Young Persons’ Service has two elements – our visiting Housing Support service and Positive Transitions, our core and cluster accommodation project for care leavers.

Our visiting Housing Support service works with 16-25-year olds across Edinburgh to develop the skills necessary for successful independent living.  It aims to support young people to access and maintain settled accommodation.

Positive Transitions provides accommodation and support to young care leavers.  It aims to support young people to develop the independent living skills necessary for future tenancy sustainment.
