Helping young people learn how to maintain their own tenancy, providing befriending services which reduce social isolation, and helping older people with tasks around the home - are some of our services that can help support independent living.

- develop healthy lifestyles through cooking, menu planning, shopping
- develop tools and techniques to better manage your mental health

Our services
We have a number of services in Central Scotland which provide support at home:
- Edinburgh Mental Health Services provide visiting tenancy support for people living in the community who are experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues, enabling them to live as independent a life as possible
- Fife Temporary Accommodation with Support provides short-term accommodation with support at West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness
- Fife Visiting Support Services work with people in their own homes, sheltered housing, and temporary accommodation in the community throughout Fife to help them live independently
- Edinburgh Young Persons' Service visiting housing support works with young people across Edinburgh who have experienced homelessness, are at risk of homelessness, or have been in care, to find stability and independence
- The Older Persons' Service offers volunteer befriending, social cafes, and a Help to Stay at Home service to help older people aged 65+ who have become isolated, lonely, or who are affected by poor health, to meet others and stay in their homes as long as possible
