Fife Temporary Accommodation with Support

What we do

This service provides accommodation with support for up to 32 individuals, 16 years and older, on a shared living basis in 14 self-contained flats.  The service has 26 bedrooms in nine self-contained flats, where people can stay for up to two years.

Six Direct Access rooms are also provided to Fife Council which can be accessed through the Temporary Allocation Officers and the Homeless Emergency Service.  The average stay in this accommodation is two to three weeks.

How we can help you

LinkLiving Support Workers adopt a trauma-informed approach to work with each resident to develop a tailored personal support plan which helps them learn vital independent living and employability skills.

The Fife Temporary Accommodation with Support service also helps residents, who are looking for employment to access LinkLiving employability services and explore employment and training opportunities.

LinkLiving recognise that in order for people to succeed in temporary accommodation, more flexibility is needed and fewer rules than those traditionally applied in homeless projects.  Our flexible, trauma- informed approach has demonstrated excellent results among residents, with many going on to secure a permanent tenancy.

How can you get support

We accept referrals from a large variety of sources including self-referrals from individuals.
