Building Resilience for a Better Home

Self help coaching

If you are aged 16 and above and experience difficulties with your mental health, this free service may be able to support you. We offer Link Housing, Larkfield Housing, and Horizon Housing Association tenants supported self-help coaching sessions via phone or video call.

What to expect

What to expect

If you're experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, low self-esteem, depression, or difficulty sleeping, we're here to help.

We offer up to 9 sessions of self-help coaching, giving you practical techniques to manage your mental health and day-to-day life — including feeling more connected to your community.

Your coach will work with you to identify what you'd like to achieve, then tailor support around your goals — introducing you to resources, techniques, and tools along the way.

We can also help connect you with other services and support in the community.

Accessing the service

This service is for tenants of Link Housing, Larkfield Housing, and Horizon Housing Association.

You can be referred by your Housing Officer, HoME support worker or via the Welfare Rights and Debt and Money Advice services.

Sessions take place online by Microsoft Teams, or by phone call.
