Fostering Resourcefulness and Resilience Training

Who is it for? 

This workshop is relevant to individuals, teams, or organisations who would like to enhance their personal and workplace resourcefulness.  

What will you learn? 

During this workshop, you will take a holistic view of resourcefulness and consider useful strategies to maintain or improve personal resourcefulness and resilience.  

Participants will:  

  • Explore and reflect on the individual dimensions of wellbeing and resilience  
  • Explore and reflect the social dimensions of wellbeing and resilience  

The session covers:  

  • The concept of resourcefulness and resilience  
  • The physical, emotional and behavioural effects of adversity  
  • Healthy thinking and emotional awareness  
  • Wellness  
  • Meaning and purpose  
  • The importance of social connections  
  • Providing support and asking for help  

How is it delivered? 

This is a full-day workshop and can be delivered face-to-face or online.  All our session involves a mix of thought-provoking content, group discussion and interactive activities to cater to different learning styles.    

Where is the course held? 

LinkLiving Skills Academy delivers across Scotland both online and face-to-face. We can deliver training at a venue of your choice*   or we can organise your session at one of our training venues located in Edinburgh, Fife, or Falkirk. All our venues are modern and easily accessible and suitable for all your training needs.  

How much does it cost? 

£900 – maximum 15 participants
