The Care at Home service (Supported Living) provides longer term support to individuals covering all aspects of short-term housing support but with more flexibility to support individuals to participate in activities out with their home, reduce social isolation and offer emotional support. Staff may also be required to conduct personal care with service users.
The remaining ‘resettlement services’ provide specialised support to families from various countries who have been resettled in the UK following war or civil unrest and persecution in their native country. The service provides a wide range of support to enable families to integrate into local communities.
